This site is operated by Dopart LLC, the business entity of recording artist Omen. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it.
When you sign up, we collect your first name, email address, and phone number. That is it. We do not ask for an address, a birthday, or payment information. Our hosting provider records basic technical information automatically.
We use your email address and phone number to send you updates about new music, videos, and events from Omen. We use your first name to address you in those messages. We do not use your information for anything else.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent, trade, or give it to advertisers. We share it only with the services that deliver the messages for us: Resend for email and Twilio for text messages. Those companies process it on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
If you give us your phone number, you will receive recurring texts from Omen. Message frequency varies, typically two to four messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving them. Reply HELP for assistance. Your phone number and consent to receive text messages will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
We keep your information until you ask us to remove it. If you unsubscribe, we keep a record of your opt-out so we do not contact you again.
Email hello@joinomen.com and ask. We will delete your information and confirm when it is done.
